Our weekend at Grand Hyatt Dubai was a blend of luxury and convenience. the spacious club room on the 16th floor offered a nice view, but the lack of international switches by the bedside was a small inconvenience. Opting for the club room gave us access to the buffet breakfast, which was a delicious treat. the staff's customer service was exceptional - they were quick to address any issues and ensure our comfort. The hotel's location near the airport makes it perfect for business travelers and conference attendees. the various on-site restaurants offered a diverse culinary experience, and the amenities such as the gym and pool were well-maintained. We appreciated the warm welcome from the staff, especially at the front office and the Collective restaurant. the kids enjoyed the complimentary access to the Roli Poli Kids Club and gaming credit at Tiger Jax. the 24-hour gym and indoor pool were a nice touch, compensating for the temporary closure of some children's facilities. Special mention to Mohammed Taj Eldeen for his excellent check-in service. Overall, Grand Hyatt Dubai offers a perfect mix of city sophistication and resort-style relaxation within its lush 37-acre gardens. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay with top-notch service and amenities.
